I switched my telephone service to Time Warner in February. Since that time I have had innumerable problems. I have 2 phone numbers...one which has had no service at all for several months and the other only works in specific areas of my apartment. I had been dealing with a Miss Johnson in your customer care department but she does not return my telephone calls. I live at 1070 Park Avenue, NY, NY 10128. My monthly service charge is a little over $300.00 (internet, cable,phone) As, I am sure you are aware, I can substitute Verizon at a much lower price. It is also to your advantage to be aware that there are many people in Manhattan having problems with your service.
