I think your company policy for simply changing a name on a ticket will is a month in advance is a joke 110 euros to simply change a name is a joke I booked a suprise flight for my lifelong friends 50th birthday but later found her husband has booked a suprise gift already...so i tried to re-book the flights into different names as i didn't want to cancel I have been given 2 options either pay for the change at 110.euros per person (even though the original cost of the flights were 56 euros) or simply swallow the loss and gift your company with the £110 i paid for them .....its disgusting you might as well wear a hoody and mug me ..I don't think you should be allowed to practice business in the UK enjoy your millions you bloody conman
