Your website needs a lot of work. The old HealthVault website was ok, but not great. But at least it was functional -- mostly. The new improved website is in fact a step backward. For one thing, you cant make appointments from within it yet. That seems like a pretty basic function that should be available day 1. But I also cant go back to the old website any longer to make an appointment with my save info; since I created a new profile for the new website, I am forced back to it where, as already noted, I cant make an appointment. How do I make an appointment now? Only by logging OUT of the new website, and then going back to the start page, and making an appointment as a Guest, which is pretty stupid and inconvenient for someone like me with a chronic condition would makes multiple appointments a year.
Dont pay your IT people until they fix this.
