I was hit while parked by an Allstate insured driver whom evaded procedures and withheld information from me as well as Allstate for months. Aug. 8, 2015 claim was generated on April 14, 2016. I received a call from an adjuster whom informed me your insured driver finally reported this incident. I was given a reservation number to rent a car from enterprise. I utilized the car rental. I began receiving calls on May 4, 2016 from Kate from enterprise. I immediately phoned in to Allstate to advise your agency about the need for an extension for the rental. I was told it would be handled. It was not. I have been moved into a position where a simple examination by the examiner to a mechanic shop has been delayed for several weeks as agents have failed to follow through to the point the rental car was reported stolen. I called your agency several days to no avail. I had been promised and called several times by Deborah Arreaola and Debbie Copeland stating all was well. Today enterprise repossessed the car from my home. I was told the problem was in fact my own. I tried diligently to extend your agency consideration as these things are difficult to handle. The call it car trouble for a reason. At this point I am in the hospital for stress related to the police involvement with this issue. I am also told I owe and extensive amount of money to enterprise. I have every conversation recorded between your agency and myself. I feel you would not be where you are today with these types of misappropriations. The auto mechanic have yet to see the investigator from Allstate. I was told tomorrow at 10:30 am was assuredly going to take place. I am terminally ill with a brain tumor and recovering from radiation therapy as a single mother of a 20 year old son with severe autism and is non-verbal. I also have a daughter with the same affliction that is 14. Today was the most frightening endeavor I have experienced with my condition. My children are without me right now and praise God I did not get arrested for a stolen vehicle. I am sure this is not the end of your agents and their ill conduct. I just want you to know what is going on and how important it is to me and my children to at least be considered in this matter. There was a thousand ways this could have been easily handled. I am insured with Mercury for 23 years and have never had an accident. I realize the importance of full coverage insurance for auto and maintain homeowner's insurance of coarse. I have learned not to trust your agents and that the only recoarse is to take this case to court as they have caused hardship by operating with bad faith deals to which they are clearly not afraid to be recorded.
