I thought you might like to know that we will be closing our Citi Cosco card due to extreme frustration. About 3 different times, after waiting a long (transferred at least 3 times per call) period of time, a customer service rep would say that
THEY COULD solve our problem. However, the problem still has not been solved and we get a phone message DAILY ABOUT IT! Since the person delivering the message talks so fast, I have to replay it several times to get the message. I tried that website and got nothing. I are sorry that with the help of at least 5 people and about a total of 3 hours on the phone on 3-4 different occasions the problem has not been solved so, I quit!
