I took my 2010 Nissan Maxima to Courtsey Nissan in Richardson Texas on 12/3/2016. I dropped it off for an oil change. When I return to pick it up, I was walking across your service floor and slipped and felt on your wet floor. Not one of your service people came out to see if I was ok. My family member had to get out of their truck and help me up. Again not one of your service employees, came out to see if I was ok. I am sure that your have cameras in that error, so please pull the film and see what happen. I return to pick up my vehicle close to 5pm on that day. I am waiting to get my bill from the ER. I was so upset after the fall, that I got my car, went home and then to the ER. I am sending this to you, because I was not sure of what to do and I did not trust your service employees, since none of them came out to assist me.
