I took my bike from service today. They were arguing that the battery was not there and finally when I asked them the job card sheet they had ticked that my battery was there. Such a cheap behaviour. I have never seen such poor service anywhere. Even a local mechanic will do better. If you want i can mail you the pictures. The water in the headlight is not removed. The water service is not done properly. Then they lost my indicator. Now they are telling that the indicator was not there. Tje response from the service center is so poor. I saw many customers complaining some other isssues. I love YAMAHA and thats the reason I boughty bike on this brand. But this experience made me to double think of buying YAMAHA brand or suggest my friends to buy it.

The service center is located in Chennai Thiruneermalai. BIKERZ is the dealer name. I hope you will resolve this issue swiftly. Thanks.
