I took the faith in using your company to Delivery Flowers on My Two Year Anniversary.. The reason why I decided to use your company vs a local florist is because of a corporate supplied discount.. The day I decided to make the purchase I called to ensure that my needs would be met on this special day.. I asked during the time of delivery if she wasnt at home will they notify me or her so that we can make arrangements to go and get the flowers from the delivery man.. The Phone Rep said Yes so I proceeded with the order.. The day of the delivery it was about 40 degrees and raining.. I received an email telling me that the delivery was made.. I called her to see if she received the flowers and she wasnt at home which lead me to believe that the flowers were sitting out in the cold.. I called your company to speak to somebody which was a Huge Task on its own.. After talking to 3 or 4 people and having to explain myself several times I was able to speak to somebody that could help.. I expressed my dissatisfaction about the flowers not being hand delivered like the rep said it would be.. The Rep ask me if she can make it right which was impossible since the day was already ruined.. My instincts told me not to give your company a second chance but I did.. She decided to give me half my money back and new flowers.. I really wanted my entire purchased refunded back to me but I accepted what she offered.. She changed my original order and promised that they would be perfect and delivered correctly.. I also explain that I needed an email explaining what we talk about today.. As of now, Three days later, No email and I dont have a clue if Im getting the new flowers.. I called this morning because I never received the email that I was promised I would get.. I called once again and had problem talking to the rep because they kept handing up on me.. The rep I finally was able to talk to said the original rep had my email wrong which is weird because I gave my email to here several times plus she had my order number(which I supplied when I ordered the flowers).. The rep also said that she also had the new delivery address wrong in the system so that made me even more frustrated about the experience.. The rep corrected everything and so I hope todays delivery and conditions of the flowers are way better than on my special day..
This experience has been a complete Nightmare and it will be HARD for me to do business with your company ever again.. I know that this experience will be spread amongst my company and the people I know to never do business with 1-800-Flowers!!!
