I tried live chat to resolve my issues and spoke with Krisztina R my problem was that on ur FAQs it states the price of a 15kg case is 20 each way and kids are half price if booked with an adult so for 2 cases I should pay 60 however I'm being charged 75? She insisted that kids don't get half price after booking and terminated my chat before I could read her last message.i am disgruntled with the service and would like a resolution asap as my date of travel is 6/5/2016.i want to add luggage as we are going to a wedding and the gents are wearing kilts and so the added luggage is to accomodate this.My booking ref is CL31TP thanks in advance for your. Help with this matter as I feel very aggrieved
