order date: 09/23/2016 via your customer service number at 11:40 EST and was told they couldn't do anything at this time but if I wanted the order cancelled I had to call back after 4PM EST...seriously????..your system never game me a confirmation and now I have a 2nd order order

Since your customer service couldn't help me, the customer, I'm reaching out to you. Please cancel both of these orders and cancel my JCPenny card. Thanks Michael
