Robert sent a message to Dan Schulman – President and CEO of PayPal – Email Address that said:
I tried tonight to cancel my paypal account. First they said I had a one cent balance on an ebay card. I called ebay...they said I had no card and even if I did it shouldn't matter to paypal. They transferred me back to paypal....then paypal said I had an open transaction even though it already showed paid on my credit card. I am cancelling because paypal is boycotting North Carolina because they don't want boys going into the girls restroom.
