I under stand that you are the CEO of Waste Management. You have an employee named Ricky . who has been with WM for 35 years. He has work out of the 20645 West Ireland Rd, South Bend, IN 46614. He has done a lot with the company by working on all the trucks and knowing the routs better then most. He is great with the customers and with other employees. He has worked on the company green team. He is a great employee and has also become a driver trainer. He has recently and some issues had surgery on the shoulder and a chest muscle. He wants to return to work but may have to do light duty. I know you are dedicated to your employees and the ones who have been with the company for 35 years. I was wondering If you could help get him back to work even if its in the shop hes great with others and with the company. If you would consider looking in to him we as customers and employees would greatly appreciate it.
