I visit this store often. At least 2 times a week at different times in the day. This is the worst store in the area. Doesnt matter if its the drive through or stall. It takes literally at least 10-15 mins for a person to call on the intercom to take an order. During this visit, Ive seen four cars give up waiting and drive off. This is frustrating and needs to be corrected. The sad thing is that you cant treat loyal customers with courtesy. Awful!!! Its going on 20 min and no response from the stall. The red button flashes a few times then turns off.
I finally drove up to the window and was met by a nonchalant teenager that took my order. The others inside were clowning around and seems like waiting for the store to close.
It seems like they did not want to take orders and work. Im a patient person and it takes a lot for me to complain but will let my experience be known on social media and google.
It literally took 30 minutes to get my two wacky pack and the order was wrong. Was charged 9.07 for the order which is wrong. You should be ashamed of how this store treats its customers and business practices
