I waited on hold today for 25 minutes before a representative picked up and I'm okay with that because it's the holidays and I know stores get crazy. What I'm not okay with is when the representative answered I told her the reason I was calling is because we had some rewards from buying a washer and dryer and because I couldn't find anything in the store I ordered stuff online and I was going to see if I could get a free shipping code for my order. The representative told me that her computer was going down and I said well I've already been on hold for almost a half an hour or so can I wait while you reboot it she was all well yeah and she was just acting really strange and then all of a sudden she hung up on me. I can tell you she had a really bad attitude for the couple minutes I was on the phone and that's not the norm for JCPenneys so I just think you need to know. I do spend a lot of money at JCPenneys and this year over $1,600 for me that's a lot and I was just looking for a free shipping code. Hope you can help and if you record the phone calls that would be a good one to listen to. Thank you, Tami
