I want to inform you that I am using a Toyota Cars from 2004 amp – Akio Toyoda email address

Vikas sent a message to Akio Toyoda President and CEO, Toyota Motor Corporation email address that said:

I want to inform you that I am using a Toyota Cars from 2004 before I was living in Delhi (India) where the Service Centre After Sales Service are too good. Recently, I but a INOVA in 2014 presently I have two Toyota Care i.e. Carolla INOVA. In now a days I reside in Allahabad (India) where Rajendra Toyota is your Authorized Service Centre whose service are too bad due to which so many customers are facing a problem. Recently, I send my Carolla Car for Brake Work after which when work completed then I got my Carolla Driver Seat knob for UP Down was broken regarding which I informed to Workshop General Manager Mr. Pandey but he did not taken any action till now I was facing a problem for UP Down of seat.
Apart of that in my Carolla I have Clutch issue regarding which I requested to GM Mr Pandey for repair it then he told me that he did not have those part it could be ordered I came after 10 or 15 days but after that I was gone out of station when I return on Monday (05 Feb 2018) I call to service centre for appointment then Mr Pandey told me if I want those parts then I have to pay half amount after that I wait for 10 days then he call me and put those parts in my car to remove Clutch problem. I want to inform you that Allahabad Service Centre is in the out of the city we face a problem to go one time for order then second time for repairing. This attitude for taking half money by customers for approaching Service Centre two times one for Advance Payment then for work make a customer as a punishment for choosing Toyota car due to which the sale of Allahabad is decreasing day by day. I have to buy a new car but as the performance of After ales Service I think to switch over to other company such as Tata, Mahindra or Honda which can provide a good after sales services. Inspite of this Mr Pandey does not arrange anty step to inform to customers for the various promotional camps offers by Toyota such as Smiley pack regarding which i was asking from last 1 year but he did not issue a Smiley Pack to me till now.
Kindly, take the necessary action against Mr Pandey General Manager of Workshop Allahabad Service Centre also take necessary steps to improve the After Sales service in Allahabad so that customers have a faith on Toyota for their Services
