I want to thank you, first of all, for extending me credit during a time of rebuilding.  I have had my three (3) capital one credit cards for a few months now.  I have a platinum secured (200.00), Quick Silver One (1500.00) and a recently upgraded Quick Silver (600.00). On 2/17/16, I requested a CLI on the two Quick Silver cards. I received an increase of $1000.00 on one card and $100.00 on the other using the same information, which baffles me in regard to the large variance. I was requesting the increase partly due to graduation, senior and prom activities for my daughter and partly due to the severe limitation of buying power due to the small credit limit and the high utilization factor. I have been working hard in rebuilding my credit and look forward to many years with my Capital One cards.  I feel loyal to you since you had faith in me. I have made every payment on time and try to pay as much as I can as often as I can. I have worked for one of the largest US banks for the last 7 years and have never used any of their credit products (Just started banking with them last year). Now that my credit profile is beginning to improve they are soliciting me more and more with employee offers and discounts. I'm not ready to diversify my credit lenders at this point and want to stay exclusive to Capital One and I'm hoping for your assistance to be able to do so.

I am writing to request a limit increase on my rewards cards.  I have called in but it appears to be unsuccessful. I want to take advantage of the rewards with these cards but at this limit, it is not always possible to do.  I have a few purchases I will be making in the near future and would like to utilize my capital one card instead of cash as this will build up my credit and reward points.  I have recently received an increase in income of approximately 15k to aid in my financial stability and my quest to better handle credit matters. I would like an increase of $3500 and $4400 to take my limits to $5000 each.  Feel free to contact me with any questions you might have. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

Sincerely,
Dionne
