I want to write in to say that Charlotte b will be reported to the ceo and her manager because she should not have been rude and emailed me with disrespectful.
I want it to be noted she is the reason I will not ever shop at this store again. I will shutting down my Wal-Mart account and I will be giving the better business bureau a call because this is not ethical and I don't have any other contacts and I don't know what that means. This is completely unprofessional and no one should have wrote me an email in that manner.
I was promised a courtesy gift card to make things right but at this point I just won't be shopping here anymore and I'll make sure the right people get to see the corresponding I have had here
I'm a 60 year old man and I should not have received any kind of email like I have and when I called in no one wanted to help me. I was not looking for anything here I just wanted to bring a horrible experience to someone attention and I get a very rude answer by this women and I am unhappy to say the least.
I'm taking my business to target or best buy and I will not ever shop at this website or store again because of the way it treats its guests.
