I want you to know that your staff is sleeping on the job. Despite several reminders to your hotline 1688 and the Credit Company Pinnacle Credit Services, I am getting reminder letters addressed to Mr Ariffin to my home address for the past one year. Called several times to Singtel and Pinnacle and both seems to be sleeping or my request fall on DEAF EARS!!! What is happening to Singtel???
