I wanted to ensure the CEO was made aware of how fantastic the customer services from the UK supplier (where my partner recently purchased his bike) was and is. I think a direct thanks from him or his global VP takes a more personal approach to say thank you to them. The acknowledgement and reflection of how he runs this organisation is great and he should have this direct feedback.

I am not a rider myself nor into bikes. But after the team at Lewis store, (Shaw dealership) I may even consider a purchase myself!
