I wanted to inform you that my parents phone line with century link was having – Glen Post email address

Bill sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. that said:

I wanted to inform you that my parents phone line with century link was having some issues and wasn't working. I notified them that my parents are elderly and my dad recently had a stroke and that they needed to have their phone fixed asap. I also explained that they do not have have a cell phone so at this time they have no way of dialing 911 should they have an emergency. the phone stopped working on January 3rd. The automated service set up an appt for January 12th. I asked them to please put my parents as a medical priority being that they are elderly and have no secondary means of communication. I was told they would fix it that day 4 times (4 different days) no one ever showed up. My parents have been loyal to this company since it existed. I just wanted you to aware of this for the benefit of this company. Currently their phone still does not work. Thank you for your time.
