I wanted to send a black Aeroccino machine to my friends in Paris. I am a club member in the UK and was unable to use this route for the order. I tried registering on the French site with a different email address but it would not allow me to change the country of my billing address to the UK. I have spent a long time on the telephone with your customer service and they have no solution except to send a British machine to me which I would then have to send to France with the wrong plug !! I am wondering if it needs to be published on social media and press to let customers know that an international brand can't deliver a simple international transaction. To say I am disappointed is putting it mildly.
