Deborah sent a message to Nigel Travis Chairman and CEO, Dunkinâ Brands Group, Inc. that said:
I wanted to send a note about a visit to a Dunkin' Donuts on 12/11/15 at 209 Northside Dr. Bennington VT at 3 :00. The manager walked around the counter and said he was leaving. A crew member asked to talk to him before he leaves. He told her he was out of there and walked out. Never knowing what she needed. I have been in management for 30 years and never would think to just walk and leave a crew member needing help. It made me think how does DD care for their employees? And if he this manager cared for his employees like this how can he care about the customers? Or the store he is being paid to run. I don't want to support a business that would support this treatment of crew members. As I feel this is most likely only a small part of the treatment they are getting.
