I wanted to take time out to thank your organization for the wonderful service I recently received. I know how often people take time to complain and not enough time recognizing good folks who are doing it right each and every day.

I was having trouble with my service and contacted the tech support who dispatched a gentleman who identified himself as Nick

I have worked in the Financial Services Customer Service Sector for over 25 years. I have seen a lot of good and bad but this guy Nick was world class!!

Number 1. He is the definition of Excellent customer service and a great customer experience in a tough industry. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and took time to explain the service issue.
Number 2. He did what he said he would do. It required some other work to be done outside the home over the course of the week to fix the entire issue. He said he would update me, call me, and come back to the house when the other work area had completed their portion. He did everything he said he would do.
Number 3. His attitude toward his work was impeccable. Everything communicated was positive and reassuring from him. A well spoken individual who deserves recognition.
