I was a manager for dollartree for 17 years in the Bartlett tn area district 220. I just wanted to inform you that your district manager stacy hill has ruined district 220. She was the main reason I left dollar tree after a wonderful 17 year career I ha planned and hoped on retiring from dollar tree but Mrs hill has made it unbearable to work for . She is fictitious and unfair and wanted her people I n place in the district and old timers like my self out. Yall are loosing so my good managers and definitely loosing customers because the stores are horrendous. They are such a mess they cannot even be shopped. I still shop in my old store and cannot believe the shape it is in I would some day love to return to dollar tree if Mrs stacy hill is not in charge. She does so many wrongful things like padding inventories and falsifying so many things to make it work her way. It just was unbearable to for for and I had many district managers in the past with no problems.
