I was hit by a minor driver on 1/30/2016 and still Progressive has not been able to talk to driver and parent. Need to get this escalated so that my brand new car can get fixed. Driver admitted fault on the scene and to the officer. I need my car repaired now. I have left many messages for claims person and no follow up. This needs to get expedited and escalated to be resolved.
