Hi there,
I was initially skeptical about ordering such an expensive purchase, from TJX, online, but decided to give it a shot. I found the experience disappointing at best. Considering the current TJX add campaign, is that busy women/moms don't have to wait for deals and sales, but can get good merchandise, and I assumed customer service, everyday by shopping "TJX" companies. Of curse I was disappointed not only because the handbag was completely beautiful, but I spent almost a week, trying to get this resolved. ...responding to e-mails, waiting on the phone for customer service representatives, etc.
I got the complete run-around saying Ship To confirmation was required, when it was right on the initial order e-mail. Then I was told it was a funding issue, and that Paypal cancelled the order. Not true! Paypal had the money waiting for the order to be process by TJX.
I work in customer services, I understand things happen and it's just a handbag purchase, but , hopefully you understand the frustration.
Enjoy what is left of the summer. Thank you,
Amy

What unbelievably poor customer service. This order was place, 08/18/16. I received a hokey e-mail, 08/20/16 saying there was an issue processing, but that the order would be held for five business days. I called the number that was provided, well within the five days, and verified the Ship To address. I was told the order would be processed. Today, 08/24/16, expecting an actual order confirmation, I receive this e-mail that the order was canceled with no reason why. When I called CS they said the item was no longer available. Are you in the business of advertising merchandise worth $1,700.00 on line even though you don't have it in stock? Perhaps it was a replica handbag anyways? How disorganized and dishonest. Lesson learned.
