I was involved in a nasty incident while departing a flight to Alicante – Michael OLeary email address

Mary sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:
I was involved in a nasty incident while departing a flight to Alicante on 9th May last year. A very drunk passanger (going to a stag party) fell down the stairs from the plane and almost knocked me off the steps. I realized what was happening and vaulted over the side rail to avoid him....in the process I hurt my back. I complained to one of the cabin crew, who witnessed the incident, then sent an email of complaint plus the costs incurred as a result. Since then I have been reviewing the complaint and being  fobbed off  by your staff. I received a letter today stating that  the cabin crew have no record of this incident.  This is a lie.. all the cabin crew would have been aware as the lady I spoke to was on the tarmac and the crew at the top of the stairs would need to be blind not to notice. I would like you to know the kind of people you have working for you....rude and dishonest
