Karen sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:
I was on one of you flights (ryanair) on the 26th August 2016 and again on the 2nd September 2016. I can honestly say it was one of the worst experiences I have had. I had paid extra for leg room which was at the front of the plane and all I got was other passengers stepping on my feet and standing right in my face while in the queue for the toilet. So you can imagine my dissapointment and frustration, I am disabled and use a stick/crutch as I have problems with my bones. I was really dissapointed and upset at this and I would like compensation for the distress I was in. I don't think it was fair to charge someone to get leg room and not get it.
