I was quoted a payments past due bill of 283.oo due Feb 2 to reinstate my previous payment plan the I applied for budget billing which your automated system said it would be 203.00 due Feb 10 I then called back to get the where the 27 dollars would apply to the 283.00 or to the 203.00 the agent said I would have to pay 247.00 buy Feb 10 along with the previous amounts I said I asked to speak with another agent she told me the agreement I spoke of in the beginning of this message I then asked her where the 247 .00 came from the previous lady said she then stated you owe 283 .00 Feb 2 247.00 feb10 and 203.00 + 27 $ begging march 2 she never said 247.00 by march 2 until I asked her where did this amount of 247.00 come from I then spoke to a supervisor whom I asked to review the recording she stated to me she would not review it that I owed these amounts my issue is if I was told of these three amounts then I would have called different places in my area that maybe able to help me with this instead Ive told these people I only needed 486.00 dollars to bring me to march because this is the amount I needed to keep my electric on what Im asking is to review the tapes to see I was in fact told these prices If I had I wouldve ask for them to help me in the amount of 760.00 if you could please help me in correcting this mistake I would greatly appreciate it I can be contacted at thank you for your time
