I was reading about the bathroom issues. I wanted give you an idea. When I worked in a factory in the late 90's there were like 10 restrooms they were at the back of the area we worked at . All were in one single line. All had their own door each room had been built between each wall, side by side. Each bathroom was build from floor to ceiling. Each had their own door a toilet, sink, and a mirror. They were not female bathrooms or male bathrooms. We all use the restrooms the same. Tear down your walls between the female and male bathrooms. It won't matter who uses what as they will be the same in a open room with a simple bathroom with their own door, walls, sink, mirror and toilet, side by side. Men will just have to get use to just a toilet like they do at home and as it was years ago. Better yet, put in a porta potty, Any gender uses them. How about outhouses. It is what our grandparents had when I was a kid. Serious tho no one could argue about gender if they were all side by side. Or just 1 single bathroom so one person at a time could use it. Others would have to wait. Parents could stand outside and wait on their kids. Just a thought. Paula
