I went to a location in Lewisville, TX. The manager was beyond rude to me. She never apologized for her mistake she made me feel like I wanted something free. If you look on line at the reviews for this location on social media the have a one star rating. When I asked for the number to corporate office she wrote a number down on a piece of paper and placed in with my food order. I have never been treated in such a way, and I normally go to KFC every Sunday for the last 10 years and we spend on the average of 27 dollars. We may also go once in the middle of the week as well. I called the 800 number and requested a call back not just a $5 coupon in the mail. I can be reached
