I went to your store to purchase a gift from the babiesrus registry and the item is not available at the store. it is however available online but i'm unable to take advantage of the 15% off online that is offered at the store. when i called your 800 # i was advised to purchase other stroller at the store to take advantage of the discount. What a terrible terrible answer. i cant get a different stroller because that is not what the mother to be has requested. I was advised by mindy that that is the policy. she too agreed it's not okay. Sadly the mother to be didnt register anywhere else - so i'm stuck shopping at your store. Is there anyway to get a discount online for this. Truthfully this is a scam. How can you offer mothers to be items that is discounted at stores and not online.
I would greatly appreciate someone getting back to me.
