John sent a message to Joseph – President and Chief Executive Officer of Anthem, Inc. Email Address that said:
i will also be filing a grievance against Anthem and MedTech concerning a second seat I was supposed to get for my wheelchair but Anthem and MedTech decided to cancel the second seat due to MedTech.
MedTech brought out 7 - 10 seats to try. NOT one fit my wheelchair. NOT one. I was told to try them anyway. You have cutouts, gel things etc.. If seat is incorrect, you can not get a feeling for seat.
I was NEVER contacted.
