I will be brief but I thought you should be aware of problems getting anything resolved with CenturyLink.
We were considering jumping ship and going to Charter Communications for our phone/tV and internet service. Charter was at fault in sending a cutover date to CenturyLink for 1/29 since no install date had as yet been set up with us. CenturyLink or Centurytel was at fault for cutting the service yesterday, 8 days early. I spent 2 hours on the phone last night getting transferred from one department to another within your organization in an attempt to get our service restored. Still no satisfactory response as of this morning. Since you are the only phone provider in our area, we have to stay with you, but we should definately not be classified as satisfied customers.
