Robert sent a message to Abigail Johnson – President and Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity Investments and Chairman of Fidelity Worldwide Investment email address that said:
I will be calling and responding to Fidelity's " Risk" division in Texas tomorrow to try an understand why and by what decree Fidelity has " frozen" a very small account we let remain with Fidelity after evacuating other accounts over the years. Fidelity's Texas " Risk" division claims I live in Cuba and their claim is said to be based on ephemeral information said division garnered from something that allegedly appeared on " Facebook ". Probably having had more communication with OFAC over the past years than most employees in Fidelity's " Risk " division in Texas exhibits, I am intrigued. Curiously, who does said " Risk " division represent?
