Today is 22 April and my Fibre to Singtel MIO is still not working
When i sign up on 3 Jan, Fibre was supposed to be installed 1st March. It got postponed to 12 April as there was no capacity. I am ok
When Netlinktrust came to install on 18 Apr 16 . i am ok. Netlinktrust tested the line and confirm all it well
Singtel technician came on 22 Apr 16 to install the fibre box and modem to hook up to the MIO box. He tested was fine and MIO was working when he tested.
After i power off and on, i get "Access Denied..IP address etc" message on my TV. I called 1688 and they told me it will take 24hrs to refresh for new line.
i am ok.
Now more than 24 hours later, i still cannot recieve MIO TV
Well, this tells me i should not have sign up with Singtel and "24 HOURS TO REFRESH JUST ONE NEW LINE" IS BEYOND MY BELIEVE IN CURRENT DAY AND AGE OF TECHNOLOGY.
I am supposed to be a happy Singtel Broadband/MIO customer on 1st March...and now is 22 April and i have no MIO TV to watch.
I see this as non-delivery from Singtel per the agreement signed with Singtel on 3 Jan 16.
I would like all the money i paid refunded for this Account (every single dollar and cents ) and i will return the "Micro SIM Free 4G Mobile BB" and also the $100 mobile handset discount.
Very Frustrating.
