Mrs D Tyrrell sent a message to Sherilyn S. McCoy – Chief Executive Officer of Avon Products – Email Address that said:
I wish to make a formal complaint against Avon Cosmetics in that in brief they cancelled an order without my knowledge and I have to resubmit this and make my customers wait even longer - this is no way to run a business. I had advised why my payment was late, due to illness, but they had not advised that the order would still be cancelled, in fact an employee told me that the order was still on the system and would be delivered. It seems that Avon does not care about their representative\'s lives just getting the money in and not helping us at all in times of trouble. I would appreciate a response.
