Dr. Austen sent a message to Roger W. Ferguson, Jr. – President and Chief Executive Officer of TIAA-CREF – Email Address that said:
I wonder if your will please assist me. I am withdrawing some funds, but continue to encounter some TIAA employees who wish for me to pay additional fees to compensate for delays created by their co-workers in Dallas and Lewisville, Texas.
What would we have to do to permit TIAA to pay all fees for the wire that they must now complete to assist me? The remaining time is about 48 h.
