I recently changed banks and transposed a number in the account number. So my direct deposit was sent back to autozone.
Very spoken to a customer service rep, payroll manager and mark the director of payroll. They informed me they can do nothing until the end of next week. I need my pay check now not next week because you can't tell the creditors to wait another week. This is unacceptable. If I told a customer something like that I would lose my job because I wasn't not doing it or told the customer to look up their own part. Then go get it and the I will check themy out. I'd be fired. But I guess payroll doesn't care or just don't give a shot because it's not theirs.
