I worked for Sears Roebuck for 25 years store closing in 1994 caused me to leave Sears.Since leaving have purchased gas range side by side refrigerator micro wave. Two weeks ago I purchased a riding lawn mower from monroeville out let paid for delivery mower can with wiring harness not connected when I went back to store for help I was told to call service or return it. I called service and a lady had me look up diagram on line we looked and I couldn't find . Problem. Why should I look returned it Two weeks ago still waiting for my cash refund. This is not customer service
