Brian sent a message to Steve Easterbrook- CEO of McDonald’s – email address that said:
I would just like to praise the manager of the Macdonalds manager working this afternoon at your branch on Telegraph Trail. Although I didn't get her name she was a young female with a long red ponytail. She professionally dealt with a meth addict who was using the washroom as his private shower and grooming station. She evicted him from the premises and the property without incident. I had thought I may have to step in and assist, however that was not required. I was in law enforcement for 33 years and should this female decide to go into law enforcement I would highly recommend her.
