I would like for your assistance. I am finding no confidence in your employees when it comes to making payments at your local branches. I go to 2 different branches and every month I have letters sent to me claiming I am late or I have not made a payment. I make a call to them and they don't understand how my payments are not being applied correctly. I am very disappointed in your bank. I have had to clear up penalty fees and try to waive 30 day late payments with the credit bureau due to your employees lack of knowledge. Please help your employees and provide the training they need. This is frustrating and I am proceeding to move my accounts to your competitor.
