I would like to ask you about a recent return flight we booked between Edinburgh and Majorca
Briefly it was impossible to download and print return boarding passes until the very morning our flight left. It was a 7 .30 am flight out
This meant having to pay £27 to allow return boarding passes to be printed out before flying out
