I would like to be contacted regarding my recent service at Pottery Barn. I love Pottery Barn Products but the Customer Service is a joke. I order about $5000 worth of leather furniture and my order was lost. I have contacted them to arrange for a delivery with no call back. You really need to look into this. Also accepted one form of payment is a really poor way of accepting payments. Please contact me. I as a consumer would love to see some improvement. Great products don't stand along you have to have the whole package. Tammy
