i would like to commend one of your employees, Deborah A. Crock, Customer Fulfillment and Research, Retail Lending Services. I had a HELOC with Shearson Lehman which was sold to Prudential Bank and when Prudential Bank ceased doing HELOCs, all their records were transferred to PNC. The Prudential Bank never closed out the HELOC when it was paid off in 1998. In selling my home, the unsatisfied Prudential mortgage came up on the Title Search. After contacting several people within PNC, I was finally directed to Deborah. Although she said their were no records back that far, she worked with me and was able to get a Satisfaction of Mortgage for me. Her patience, diligence and dedication enabled me to move forward on the sale of my home. I would like to have an acknowledgement of her excellent work placed in her personnel file and sent to her superiors. Thank you for your assistance.
