I would like to express my displeasure with your charge to pay my bill via debit card. $9 to pay a $26 bill online is outrages and frankly a money grab. I accept CC in my business and I know the service fee is between 3% and 4%. I do not like paying via card due to security issues, however it is easier for me and you. I do not like my routing info and bank account info broadcast via Internet, you just never know where it will end up. I will now start paying with check. I figure a stamp and check is far cheaper than $9.00. Hopefully the additional work for you to process the bills may persuade you to remove the online fee. FYI, PSE and my insurance company have recently removed their small fees ($2), maybe enough folks voiced their opinion and it cost them money. Let me know when if you remove the fee and I will start paying online once again. Thank you for your time.
