I would like to file a lawsuit against access 360. I made a dispute for my card getting stolen and I just got off the phone precisely at 5:30 on December 13 2016 and access 360 told me that my account was shut down and the money that they were sending to me in a check was sent back to the merchant.
Sir I need my money, I have rent to pay and other bills to pay. Please can you help?
