I need to send you a letter regarding a serious concern I have pertaining to a furniture purchase and the extremely unsatisfactory customer service from my local Pottery Barn store as well as the associate I dealt with for my purchase. I spent $5600.00 and that was after a 25% discount. I received my furniture January 20, 2016.
