I would like to see: Why when i call the help line on Walmart family mobile, I am asked for my personal pen number over the phone to someone in another country?
I have an issue about the site last month not being able to pay for my bill on line on the day due. So the next morning the day after it was due I called the customer service line and she took my payment and told me that she would take off the $5.00 late charge.
But now on this month I see the late charge back on my bill again??
Please let me know what is going on with the mobile billing
