I would like to send you a letter describing the treatment by your company that led to my withdrawing my funds. I think you will be shocked.
I have been your client since 2008 (my IRA was $234K in Sept 2008 when I was 73). I have been withdrawing about 25K per year as required by my RMD and my most recent balance was about $315K. So my investing (self directed) has done well by me.
This year, your agents have been most intrusive. My investing has not been satisfactory to them. Although I have assured them that nothing has changed since 2008, they are now questioning my source of income (which I affirmed has not changed). Upon my refusal to answer, they have withdrawn my trading permissions (Jan 07, 2016) - citing my portfolio failures last year.
Incredible.
Needless to say, my portfolio wins in 2013 were not mentioned.
